Hello AK Swimming teams traveling to the Age Group Championships in Kodiak February 22-24. The Kodiak Kingfishers are looking forward to hosting your teams in Kodiak and would like to make sure the trip to the Emerald Island is great. ·        Local businesses have let us know that the hotels and B&Bs are filling up. If your families are having any trouble finding housing let me know ASAP. We will help arrange for group housing if necessary. 

 

·        The Kodiak swimming community is small and we are in need of officials to help us run the 3 day meet. If you have stroke and turn judges or starters coming to the meet and willing to help out please email me their names and available times. We are filling spots for the morning and afternoon of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a particular need for Friday S&T judges.

 

·        Please let coaches know that the pool will be open for practice on Thursday Feb 21st from 0900-1100 am and from 100 to 330 pm. Each team will need to have a designated  coach on deck and a life guard will be provided.
